ABSTRACT
In the highways or near the traffic signal many kinds of vehicle pass.
This traffic information can be useful to control the flow of vehicles during
the peak hours. So traffic monitoring produces more information when compared
to the other sensors. This proposed Detection of vehicle and its motion in a
Traffic video identifies the moving vehicles (Light motor vehicle – L.M.V or
Heavy Motor vehicle – H.M.V) from the sequence of frames and classifies the
targets
